2. Scope and acceptance of the GTC

These GTC apply to all purchases and services made through the website. By finalizing the order, the Customer declares that he has read, understood and accepted the GTC.

The order can only be fulfilled if the Customer confirms acceptance of the GTC by checking the checkbox.

3. Basic provisions

The GTC is valid for an indefinite period, until revoked.

The Service Provider is entitled to involve subcontractors and external partners (e.g. payment, delivery, server operation).

Minors cannot enter into contracts, so purchases are only available to adults.

4. Prices

The prices shown on the website are in Hungarian Forints (HUF), gross.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

The purchase is made at the price valid at the time of the order.

Price differences resulting from typos or technical errors may be corrected by the Service Provider subsequently.

Digital materials are for the Customer's personal use only.

By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their data.

12. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded electronically, in Hungarian.

The contract is not recorded in writing, but is stored electronically and archived by the Service Provider.

Placing an order is considered an offer, which the Service Provider accepts with an e-mail confirmation.

13. The purchase process

13.1. Product selection

The Customer selects the desired digital, physical or nutritional supplement product.

13.2. Add to cart

By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the product will be added to the cart.

13.3. Order finalization

The Customer checks the data and the total amount of the order, then finalizes the order.

13.4. Formation of the contract

The contract is concluded by sending the confirmation email.

14. Digital products

After purchase, access to digital content is provided within 24 hours.

Access is personal, non-transferable, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Fighter Reset 1.0 and Fighter Reset Amazon programs are available for 10 weeks, with a gradual content release.

15. Dietary supplements

The dietary supplements sold on the website are not considered medicines and are not suitable for the prevention, treatment or cure of diseases.

The Customer is obliged to follow the dosage recommendations and warnings indicated on the product packaging.

In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or regular medication, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use.

The Service Provider is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use, excessive consumption or individual sensitivity.

The distribution of dietary supplements is carried out in accordance with current Hungarian and European Union legislation.

16. Closed Facebook community

The Facebook group related to the purchase is not part of the service, but is a recommended additional option.

Violation of the rules may result in termination of membership.

17. Payment methods

Payment data is managed by the payment service provider and the Service Provider does not have access to it.

18. Gift giving

It is possible to give digital products as gifts.

After activation, the right of withdrawal ceases.

19. Right of withdrawal – digital products

The Customer may cancel the purchase (within 14 days) until access to the digital content begins.

The right of withdrawal ceases once access is granted.

Legal basis: Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).

20. Right of withdrawal – physical products and nutritional supplements

The Customer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

The product can be returned undamaged, unopened, and in perfect condition from a hygiene and health protection perspective.

Opened, ready-to-eat nutritional supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.

The purchase price will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

21. Fulfillment

Access to digital products is provided within 24 hours of successful payment.

Delivery times for physical products and nutritional supplements are listed separately on the website.

22. Complaints handling

We will respond to received complaints within 72 hours.

23. Disputes

The parties shall primarily resolve their disputes through negotiation.

In case of failure, the Kaposvár District Court is competent.

The Customer has the right to contact a conciliation board.

24. Force majeure

The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from external, unforeseen events, such as war, natural disasters, or service provider errors.

25. Final provisions

The GTC is valid for an indefinite period.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify what is provided through the website.
